UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)
- FREE shipping on all UK orders over £30
- £3.95 flat rate for orders under £30
- Fully tracked via Royal Mail or a trusted courier
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days
- You'll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to the UK only, but we’re working on expanding internationally soon!

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day hassle free returns policy because we want you (and your little one) to be 100% happy. If you change your mind, or something’s not quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused,
- In their original packaging,
- In a resalable condition
Email us at hello@totsandme.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please Include your order number and reason for return.
All returns postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping method which offers a proof of postage for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We quality check everything with care, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@totsandme.com with a photo and your order number and we will sort out any issues as quickly as possible.
